This village is dominated by the Tivedens katedral, stands high up and looks out over the surroundings. This stone church was built in 1892 - 1894 and has seats for 600 people. The earlier medieval old wooden church burned down in 1890.
In Undenäs is a very well stocked supermarket, petrol station, hairdresser, interior design shop, hostels, guest houses and rental cabins, library, pizzeria and many worth visiting places.
Notable is the Cave Hill on the Källebacken high with hiking trails and just fantastic lookouts, Hulta pastures and groves of trees, Lindberga volcano area, Skaga stave church (dating from the 1100s), Stråhle cottage with its sawdust-covered walls and a turf roof.
For Undenäs we also expect Satra use his beautiful works environment, Edet with his bone mill and Hovet (where Constantia had his "castle") is a Natura 2000 area with a wonderful beech wood, vantage point and not to forget - Hökabergsgrottorna.
